Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code and resend it a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am
  • Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow check-ins OR check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Year's Eve.

Property Access

  • Go directly to the cabin; there is no check-in office.
  • Once all payments are made, the door code will be emailed to you and resent a week before your stay.
  • The cabin is located in Townsend, Tennessee, on an uphill gravel road.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Pet Policy:
    • The pet fee is $100 per dog
    • There is a 2-dog maximum
    • Only dogs are allowed
    • You will need to bring a crate
    • Do not leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in a kennel.
    • The pet fee is non-refundable
    • Please clean up after your pet(s)
    • Upon your departure, if evidence of fleas, damage, or additional deep cleaning is required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
    • Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover areas your pet lays or sleeps on, or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet fee: $100 per dog, non-refundable
  • Vacay Protection fee (if purchased):
    • Cancellation Guarantee: Allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).
    • Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed $250, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
